Cardiac angiosarcoma is a rare, malignant neoplasm affecting the heart. We present clinical history of 40-year-old patient diagnosed with metastatic The complained shortness breath, and cardiac computed tomography scan revealed mass in right atrium pericardial effusion. Transthoracic transesophageal echocardiography provided detailed anatomical functional information, magnetic resonance imaging fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography/computed were used to assess distant metastasis characterize detail. Early differential diagnosis comprehensive evaluation are vital for determining appropriate treatment strategies improve outcomes. pathological results from endocardial biopsy confirmed primary angiosarcoma. underwent surgical resection atrial but died within one month because locally advanced nature its rapid progression. patient’s medical journey sheds light on challenges associated diagnosing treating this rare condition, particularly progression manifestations.
